What is the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email. The first one is to confirm your order and the second one will be once it has been shipped (if necessary).
In that case, you will receive it within 7 to 10 working days. If you have not received it in that time, please contact again.
How long will it take for my prints to arrive?
You will receive it within 7 to 10 working days, 4-6 days in Spain from the moment they are shipped.
Outside Spain depends on proximity, the closest countries like Portugal/France/etc or similar have an estimated time of 5-7 days, while other countries or continents usually have an estimated waiting time of 7-15 days or more.
Can a product be returned?
Only if the product has been damaged during shipping or is defective. Thank you for your understanding and sorry for the inconvenience.
